Performance Testing is an integral part of
training. When working with a coach or following a training
plan, testing your performance levels at specified intervals is
the key to success.
Periodic performance testing
allows you to quantify
your training progress by measuring a standard set of performance
indicators that are normalized and repeatable.
Lactate Threshold -LT- (AKA Anaerobic
Threshold or Lactic Acid Threshold), Functional Threshold Power
-FTP- and VO2MAX are the key performance parameters for athletes
of all disciplines. Read

We offer performance testing for all
cyclists. If you use a heart rate monitor, we determine your LT
by HR. If you use a power meter and heart rate monitor we
determine your FTP. VO2MAX is determined without needing to
worry about your specific training tool.
